Terms of Service and Commission Prices
Rules and Terms:
Reading this document means you agree to the terms below:
I have the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
Do not remove or edit my watermark in any fashion.
MUST credit when posting on social media.
Do not use my art for AI training or usage.
Tracing/copying my art is NOT allowed.
Don't even ask me about NFTs.
Do not use my art for adopts.
What I Will and Won't Draw
I will draw furry and humanoid SFW and NSFW art:
- Any Species
- Any Gender
- Any Body Type
- Kinks
- Gore/Blood
Things I will not draw:
- SFW or NSFW Feral
- Under 18+ characters
- Anything Political/Religious
- Certain Kinks (Must be approved)(If you ask me to draw any of the listed above, you will be BLACKLISTED.)
Small Note on Commission Completion Times
I have high anxiety that I am working through with my therapist. Please note commission completion times may vary from 1-6 months depending on complexity of piece.
Payment:
Payment for all pieces commissioned are up-front only. I do not accept payment plans. Payment is only accepted from PayPal or CashApp, at the moment. I will ask for your email address to email an invoice to you.
Refund Policy:
A refund can be given if you are not happy with the rough draft sketch after 3 attempts, and wish not proceed any further. After the rough draft sketch, no refund will be given if the sketch is approved.
Ghosting Policy:
Due to past experiences, a ghosting policy is now added to my T.O.S. If for any reason, you as the client do not reply back on the media we have been talking on, your piece will risk termination.
If at any time during the creation of the piece I find reason to believe I am being ghosted, I have the right to issue a 48 Hour Warning that if you do not respond to my reach-outs that I can terminate the project. With the termination of the project, no refund of any kind will be issued. (Responses after the project termination will not count no matter how long it has been.)
Commission Pieces and Prices!
Additional Characters: +50% of total price.
Complexity Fee for Complex Characters: +$20
Complexity Fee for Detailed Background: +$25
For any adult 18+ commissions, all clients in the piece must provide written consent for the art. I have the right to ask for verification of age if I need to.
